Fed Holds Rates, Three Officials Dissent in Favor of Hike: Fed Special

The Federal Reserve held rates steady as the majority of FOMC members voted to hold rates unchanged, with three members dissenting in favor of a rate hike. This is the fifth straight meeting where fed officials have elected to leave rates unchanged.
