Father says college student was killed by police in Pennsylvania after he went to wrong house

A 22-year-old man fatally shot by police in Pennsylvania as they responded to a possible burglary was a kind-hearted college student who mistakenly went to the wrong home after celebrating a friend’s birthday, his father said Wednesday.
