Fatal ICE Shooting Draws Maine Vigils as Agency Scrutiny Grows

Hundreds of people gathered Monday night for a candlelight vigil in Maine after an immigration officer fatally shot a man during an enforcement operation, while state and federal authorities continued investigating the circumstance of the killing.
