Family's pride at top honour for customs officer killed in Moray Firth drugs operation 30 years ago

Alastair Soutar became trapped between HM Customs Cutter (HMCC) Sentinel and a cannabis smugglers’ vessel, Ocean Jubilee in the operation which led to the arrest of nine criminals.
