Sophie Robinson was around 25 weeks pregnant when she discovered the horrific news at a scan.The 17-year-old had already named her son Arlo, and she was excited about becoming a mum. But when attending her scan last Wednesday, she was given the devastating update.It's the latest in a series of heartbreaking incidents for the family in the last 12 years, the Liverpool Echo reports.
