Family announces funeral arrangements for late journalist Dotun Oladipo

The family of veteran journalist and publisher of The Eagle Online, Dotun Oladipo, has announced 10 and 11 September for his funeral rites. Mr Oladipo died on Tuesday in Lagos at the age of 56. According to a statement issued by the Guild of Corporate Online Publishers (GOCOP) on Friday, a service of songs will be held at Daystar Church, Oregun, Ikeja, on Thursday, 10 September. His burial service will take place at the same venue on Friday, 11 September, followed by his interment. Mr Oladipo was president of GOCOP from 2017 to 2021 and was among the publishers who helped build the organisation during its formative years.
