Family and friends set off flares and release balloons at vigil for man killed in A66 crash as 12 arrested

A gathering took place on a field in South Bank as a vigil for Jakub Matusiak, one of the occupants of a Volkswagen Passat which was driven the wrong way on the A66, killing two officers
