FAA, NTSB investigating why passenger plane took off near Marine One

A commercial aircraft was allowed to take off in Washington, D.C., on Tuesday afternoon despite Marine One flying nearby. The FAA and NTSB are investigating. Kris Van Cleave has the latest.
