‘Extraordinary violence’: Deadly Salsa on St. Clair shooting leads to arrest of two 18-year-olds

Two 18-year-olds have been charged with murder following a shooting at the Salsa on St. Clair festival that left two men dead, five others injured, and rattled the community’s “sense of safety and security,” Toronto’s police chief says.
