Basavarajappa spoke on the farmers’ movement, narrating the history of farmers’ struggles.G.L. Janardhana, director of Community Radio Shivamogga FM; Nagendra, a retired officer of the Shivamogga City Corporation; and Subramanya of Kuvempu University delivered talks on subjects of their expertise. College principal Siraj Ahmed said experience-based teaching was essential for students’ academic growth.He added that such talks enhanced students’ unders
