Avram Mack evaluated Clancy — who strangled her three children, Cora, five, Dawson, three, and Callan, eight months, to death in January 2023 —ahead of the trial. He then testified in the Massachusetts courtroom on August 21 and remotely via Zoom on August 24, where he had a tense exchange with Clancy’s lawyer, Kevin Reddington. Mack reportedly told jurors that he believed Clancy understood what she was doing to her children was wrong when she killed them. The psychiatrist claimed in the courtroom that he saw zero evidence of ‘psychotic features’ in Cl
