Expanding delegate base the right way to go, but not a total cure for vote-buying – Transparency International

The Executive Director of Transparency International Ghana, Mary Awelana Addah, has welcomed the Supreme Court's ruling on the delegate system, saying expanding the electoral college within political parties is a step in the right direction, but cautioned that it will not, on its own, eliminate vote-buying.
