Marlon King disputed the document was properly signed11:07, 06 Jul 2026Former Wigan Athletic footballer Marlon King has won in a court battle with his siblings over their father's £650,000 will.The ex-Premier League ace sued half-brother Marvin King and half-sister Leisha King after disputing that the document had been properly signed by witnesses. The will had said the estate of Carl Vincent King - who died in March last year - should be divided between Marvin and Leisha.Under a clause titled 'intentional exclusion', it read: "I have deliberately excluded my son Marlon Francis King (hereinafter referred to as 'the Excluded Person') from this my Will and it is my intention that the Excluded Person should receive no part of my Estate."Click here to get the biggest stories straight to you
