Ex-minister, environmental groups urge Manitoba Hydro to expand wind power

A former Manitoba energy minister and a coalition of environmental groups are urging Manitoba Hydro to expand wind generation as public hearings begin into the Crown corporation's 10-year plan for meeting Manitoba's growing electricity needs.
