Ex-Chargers star Keenan Allen’s glassy eyes visible in DUI arrest mugshot

A copy of the NFL player's mugshot, obtained by The California Post, showed Allen seemed to have a glazed-over look on his face after he was taken into custody for allegedly driving drunk in Indiana.
