EU Sanctions Russia's Sports Minister and FIDE President in 21st Package

The EU has added Russian Sports Minister Mikhail Degtyarev and International Chess Federation (FIDE) President Arkady Dvorkovich to its sanctions list under the newly agreed 21st package. The measures also freeze the oil price cap at $44.1 per barrel and target nearly 250 other individuals.
