Ethics panel recommends censure for GOP Rep. Chuck Edwards for ‘inappropriate conduct’

The House Ethics Committee is recommending that Rep. Chuck Edwards, R-N.C., be censured by after finding that he engaged “inappropriate conduct towards two young female staffers.”
