Estonia Pledges Nearly $400,000 for Ukraine’s Winter Preparation

Estonia’s Foreign Ministry announced €340,000 (roughly $392,000) in aid to help Ukraine prepare for another winter of war, with Russia widely expected to strike the country’s energy and water infrastructure. The funds will be allocated to frontline families, displaced Ukrainians, and rescuers through non-governmental organization (NGO) partners.
