Kirk, joined by her late husband Charlie Kirk’s parents, filed a motion to the court requesting that all currently admitted evidence be “published during the proceedings scheduled for July 9,” and that all evidence admitted for the rest of the hearing be “displayed openly and in real time, so that all persons lawfully present in the courtroom may see it,” ABC 4 reported.
