Emma Schubart: The IRGC’s proscription is welcome – but words must now become consequences

The IRGC's proscription is a victory, for the dissidents it has hunted, the journalists it has stabbed, and the British Jews it has stalked. But the law is only as strong as its enforcement. Having finally found the courage to name the IRGC as what it is, ministers must now find the courage to act on every consequence that follows, on our streets, and on our campuses.
