Emergency alert ended as shooting suspect arrested in Halifax Regional Municipality

RCMP say an emergency alert covering the Halifax Regional Municipality has ended now that the suspect is in custody. The suspect is believed to have been involved in a shooting earlier Saturday in Annapolis Royal, N.S., say Halifax Regional Police.
