Eluru Collector urges citizens to share feedback on PGRS services through QR code

Eluru District Collector K. Vetri Selvi on Sunday appealed to citizens to share their feedback on services provided through the Public Grievance Redressal System (PGRS) by scanning QR codes displayed at district and mandal-level centres.The Collector, on Sunday, said the State government was striving to provide more transparent, accountable and citizen-centric services and had initiated a continuous feedback mechanism to assess public satisfaction and strengthen the grievance redressal system.As part of the initiative, QR codes will be prominently displayed at the entry and exit points of district and mandal-level PGRS centres to enable visitors to record their experiences and satisfaction levels after availing themselves of the services.Officials have been directed to ensure that the code
