El Salvador Submarine Cable Consultancy Tender Opens With CAF

CAF opened a tender for technical, economic, financial and regulatory studies supporting SIGET, with bids due 4 September 2026. The work backs El Salvador's first submarine cable, a link to Panama valued at more than US$130 million, due in service in the second half of 2028.
