Eight A.P. players selected for National U-19 Chess Championship

Eight players, four each in the boys’ and girls’ categories, were selected to represent Andhra Pradesh at the National Under-19 Chess Championship to be held in October after emerging successful in the State-Level Under-19 Chess Championship that concluded in Visakhapatnam. The tournament was organised by the Visakha Chess Association and Aditya Chess Academy under the aegis of the Andhra Chess Association.According to the organisers, 240 players from across the State participated in the two-day championship.
