Editorial: Legislators’ resounding shrug at Greg Smith’s ethical failures

Despite the ethics commission's finding that Rep. Greg Smith abused his public office for personal gain, he's facing few consequences in the Legislature, the editorial board writes. Smith should not serve on any committees, much less retain such significant roles.
