Ecuador Gang Law Bill Would Jail Criminal Group Members Up to 22 Years

Ecuador's ruling ADN bloc presented the Ley Antimafias to the National Assembly on 2 June 2026. The bill would make criminal-group membership a standalone crime punishable by up to 22 years, but it has not yet been passed.
