Ecopetrol Asphalt Exports Go Solid in Cartagena Push

Colombia's state-controlled oil company Ecopetrol has shipped its first major batch of solid asphalt directly from the Port of Cartagena, opening a new logistics-driven export line aimed at markets that cannot handle liquid asphalt.
