ECapital Factoring Collapse Widens Chile’s Sartor Crisis
Diario Financiero reported that ECapital is going bankrupt, deepening the Sartor crisis. The firm owed CLP 46 billion to Sartor-managed funds, and the CMF has already imposed record fines on Sartor AGF.
