Ebonyi spent 6.2 per cent of health capital budget in first half of 2026 despite N210.64bn revenue

Ebonyi released barely one-tenth of its education capital budget and only 6.2 per cent of its health allocation in the first half of 2026, while some ministries received no capital funding despite approved budgets.
