Ebonyi government to curb arbitrary rents, agency fees

Similar to the situation in Ebonyi, a member of the Enugu State House of Assembly, Okeh Mbah, sponsored a bill in February 2025, driven by concerns over the rising cost of rent and agency fees in the South-East.
