DVSA confirms change to MOT tests but obeying it will be 'optional'

The DVSA has rolled out a change meaning MOT centres will now have to take a photo of the vehicle they are testing.‌It is part of a new initiative being introduced by the Labour Party government to helpcrackdown on the likes of ghost plates and fraudsters.
