Dublin bus catches fire in Donnybrook, emergency services at scene

A Dublin bus caught fire at a junction near Donnybrook, south Dublin on Tuesday morning.Emergency services responded to the incident shortly after 9am and extinguished the blaze about one hour later at 10.05am. Nobody was injured in the incident.The Dublin Bus E1 vehicle was stopped on the R138 Morehampton Road at the junction with Appian Way in a northbound lane. A passenger on board the bus told The Irish Times they heard a “loud noise” before they were asked to alight.
