Drones Strike Novokuibyshevsk Refinery and Ozon Hub in Samara Region

Ukrainian drone strikes targeted the Samara region on Aug. 22, causing a fire at the Novokuibyshevsk oil refinery, a Rosneft subsidiary with an 8.8-million-ton annual capacity.
