Driver killed as Telangana RTC bus overturns near Jukkal

A Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) bus driver was killed and several passengers sustained minor injuries after a bus he was driving overturned near Jukkal crossroad in Kamareddy district around noon on Thursday (September 3, 2026).The Hyderabad-Bichkunda bus, belonging to Hyderabad-1 depot, was travelling towards Bichkunda when it hit a roadside divider and overturned. The driver, Anjaneyulu, was trapped under the bus and died in the accident.There were 13 passengers on board, all of whom escaped, though some sustained minor injuries.
