Driver 'just went through' pedestrian in fatal Lake View hit-and-run, witness says

A man charged with drunk driving in a fatal crash allegedly didn't stop for a pedestrian crossing the road in Lake View and "just went through her," a witness told the Sun-Times. Sarah Milcarek, 25, was thrown in the air and crashed through the vehicle's rear windshield, landing in its backseat, according to prosecutors.
