DPWH: Stolen expansion joint parts caused Magallanes Flyover debris

MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) on Wednesday said falling debris along the southbound portion of the Epifanio delos Santos Avenue (Edsa) Magallanes Flyover in Makati City was caused by stolen expansion joint parts. In an advisory, the DPWH said the theft of critical expansion joint parts damaged the bridge
