DPWH Las Piñas-Muntinlupa’s maintenance chief sacked

MANILA, Philippines — The maintenance chief of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Las Piñas – Muntinlupa District Engineering Office has been relieved from duty following reports of delayed response to calamities, among others.  In a memorandum dated Aug. 29, Public Works Secretary Vince Dizon ordered the removal of engineer Loreto Balena Jr.
