Dozens of UK cyclosporiasis victims had vacationed at Riviera Maya resorts

Health officials say that cause-and-effect cannot be assumed and that Mexico's 33 cases do not constitute a signficant outbreak, but inspectors are taking food and beverage samples up and down the Quintana Roo coast.
