Double killer Christopher Halliwell 'is prime suspect and should be quizzed' over unsolved Julie Finley murder

Ex-detective Ian Clarke, who worked on the Julie Finley murder case in 1995, says double killer Christopher Halliwell should be questioned about the night she was strangled
