‘Don’t rush this law’ – Oppong Nkrumah demands farmers be heard before Cocoa Bill is passed

Ranking Member on Parliament’s Economy and Development Committee, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, has urged Parliament not to rush the passage of the Cocoa Board Reforms Bill.
