Domestic abuse survivors fear early prison releases as PM faces scrutiny

Police chiefs have welcomed Prime Minister Andy Burnham’s decision to keep anyone convicted of unlawful killing behind bars but warned that tagging prisoners who are released early in England and Wales would be an extra challenge for police forces.
