DOJ Fails to Get Steve Bannon’s Contempt Indictment Dismissed

A federal judge denied the Trump administration’s request to dismiss a contempt of Congress indictment against Steve Bannon, saying the US Justice Department didn’t justify dropping the case after the former White House aide had been convicted and served four months in prison.
