Disabled bus passes – a small reform, but a welcome change of approach

EXTENDING free bus travel for disabled people so it applies 24 hours a day might seem like a small thing. If it is a starting point, however, indicating the government’s intentions to rationalise the transport system and assist those who need it to participate fully in society, it could presage something bigger.
