Diamondbacks' Ketel Marte makes inexplicable decision to end 1-run loss to Cardinals

The Arizona Diamondbacks had worked the tying run to second base with two outs in the bottom of the ninth on Friday night against the St. Louis Cardinals.Ketel Marte stood in, facing a 2-2 count against closer Riley O'Brien.O'Brien threw a pitch up, one that the on-screen strike box showed to be above the zone.The home-plate umpire rung up Marte looking, and he walked away.
