Dialysis patient found bound, gagged in south suburbs after robbery in Chicago, police say

A man was allegedly taken and later found bound and gagged outside a Harvey home on Friday after being robbed in Chicago, police in the far south suburb said. Harvey police responded to a call in the 15500 block of Loomis Ave. at 4 p.m. and found a man on the porch of a residence, police said in a news release.
