July 08, 2026 3:27 PM ET A special agent with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and his wife were found dead July 3 at their Sayreville, New Jersey home in an alleged murder-suicide, prosecutors said. Officers from the Sayreville Police Department (SPD) responded to a home on Glynn Court around 8:00 p.m. and discovered the bodies of Christopher Iatauro, 52, and his wife, Kelly, 46, according to the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office, News 12 New Jersey reported. Kelly’s body was discovered inside the residence, while Christopher’s body was discovered in the backyard.Both individuals suffered apparent gunshot wounds.
