Dhani Harrison, Nigel Godrich Preview New Band Dragonflies’ Album With ‘Slower’

Skip to main content 'A New Experience' Duo’s eponymous album arrives on Sept. 18 July 22, 2026 Magda Kuca* Dhani Harrison and Nigel Godrich have teamed up for new band Dragonflies and will release its debut eponymous album on Sept. 18 via Dark Horse Records/BMG. The musician and renowned Radiohead producer previewed their Dragonflies with its lead single, “Slower,” which is also the first song on the album’s track list. The accompanying RUFFMERCY-directed video for the song features the director’s hand-drawn animation style. In the clip, a person is seen slowly jogging through a town and in the woods, a field, and other natural settings. Another figure joins them as the peaceful intro unfurls. The pacing befits the themes of the song as they’re later seen exploring an abandoned building a
