Detectives union blasts names and photos of ‘anti-cop activists’ outside NYC agency

The city's detectives union parked a billboard truck displaying photos of Civilian Complaint Review Board investigators -- who they're calling "anti-cop activists" -- outside the police watchdog agency's offices Thursday, union officials said.
