Derby delight for Dunfermline after late Josh Cooper winner

Josh Cooper’s goal in the 88th minute earned Dunfermline a 1-0 Scottish Championship victory against Raith Rovers in the Fife derby.Cooper picked up the ball on the edge of the box and caught out goalkeeper Josh Rae with a low strike that squeezed inside the near post.Defeat for Raith meant they missed the chance to go top of the table ahead of the rest of the weekend’s fixtures.In League Two, Edinburgh continued their rise from the foot of the table following their points deduction with a 1-1 draw at home to Forfar.Scott Shepherd’s goal midway through the second half looked to have won it for the visitors but Jordan McGregor hit back late to salvage a point.
