Delhi cabbie sexually assaults 3-year-old nursery student, held

A cab driver employed at a Delhi school was arrested for allegedly assaulting a three-year-old student. The child identified the accused driver through photographs and CCTV footage shown by school staff. Police registered an FIR under the POCSO Act after the incident came to light. Preliminary investigation revealed the driver offered chocolates and assaulted the minor near a washroom.
